The final pillar of Drew Baldridge’s album title – and identity – slots into place with the release of his new single A Man Don’t. Here, we explain how “Farm Faith Family” represents him completely.
Farm Faith Family
You can’t get much closer to proclaiming your all-American, down-home status than releasing an album cover with Farm Faith Family emblazoned on a water tower. However, Drew Baldridge is out here proving it’s more than just bold iconography. The mantra is central to the way he sees his world and his place in it.
“Farm Faith Family isn’t just an album title – it’s who I am. Everything I have and everything I believe in comes back to those three things. These songs tell my story, the lessons I’ve learned, and the people who have shaped me along the way.”
– Drew Baldridge

In a time when identity politics is so often defined in opposition, it’s strong to state what you stand for rather than what you stand against.
The album is structured in three parts to honour each element of his identity in turn. Baldridge co-wrote 14 of the 16 songs himself, alongside GRAMMY-nominated songwriters and genre leading lights like Luke Combs, Laura Veltz, Tyler Hubbard, Seth Mosley, Rhett Akins, and Tim Nichols.
Farm
Baldridge was raised on a farm in Southern Illinois and that identity remained fundamental to him even as his music career blossomed. He internalised the values and lessons of hard work, grit and perseverance and used his songs to spread those tenets.
Diesel and Dirt unites tractors and heavy guitars to celebrate that brand of blue-collar resilience.
Faith
Baldridge proclaimed his faith by releasing a duet with GMA Dove award-winning Christian artist Anne Wilson. Written by Baldridge, GRAMMY-nominated songwriter Laura Veltz, plus Allison Veltz-Cruz and Lalo Guzman, Maker’s Mark dwells on purpose, priorities and choices.
“Maker’s Mark is one of my favourite songs on the record. At its core, it’s about the legacy a person leaves behind. That means loving others, giving back, and living with purpose and compassion. It’s a reminder to live like Jesus and leave a positive impact wherever life takes you, because above all else, being a good person matters most.”
– Drew Baldridge
Baldridge’s story represents a different type of faith, too. It was faith in himself that saved him during the pandemic after losing his record deal in 2020. He picked himself up by independently releasing new music and and performing private backyard gigs.
This resilience paid off when She’s Somebody’s Daughter (Reimagined) became a hit. Not just any hit – a Platinum-certified No. 1 hit as the first self-funded artist ever to top the Country Aircheck/Mediabase chart AND the highest-charting independent artist in Billboard Country Airplay history. Now beloved as a father-daughter dance song at weddings, it’s led to more than two BILLION streams and views of Baldridge’s music so far. Not bad for a farmer!
Family
Baldridge’s new single, A Man Don’t, puts the focus firmly on what matters most to him; family. Fittingly, it was inspired by his wife, Katie. When told that a family friend had been unfaithful, her response was swift and unequivocal: “a man don’t do that. That’s what boys do in high school.”
This inspired Baldridge to capture qualities that he considers integral to true masculinity, including integrity, protection, stability, and humility: “A man don’t leave/a man don’t run/a man don’t cheat or lie or even think twice/about sorry rolling off his tongue.”
“I wanted this song to be a reminder of what being a man really means,. It’s not about being perfect. It’s about doing the right thing, taking care of the people you love, owning your mistakes and being someone your family can count on.”

Farm Faith Family in action
Summer 2026 sees Baldridge take the Farm Faith Family principle on the road. As well as a huge tour of the same name, Baldridge offered his fans the chance to have him play at their own farms and churches! He’s also playing select dates with Luke Bryan, and then wrapping up the summer with his BIG Baldridge & Bonfire Festival in his hometown of Patoka, Illinois.
