Incredibly patient UK fans can finally stop nervously biting their nails with worry about whether the Bruce Springsteen tour would be coming to them. After scanning the comprehensive European tour dates forlornly in May and then seeing the recent announcement of North American tour dates, the delay was becoming unbearable. Thankfully, it was worth the wait! That’s because we can finally confirm that the Bruce Springsteen tour in 2023 will be rolling into Edinburgh, Birmingham, and two dates at BST Hyde Park in London!
In true blue Bruce fashion, the final night of the 31 date U.S. tour (the first of two U.S. legs of the tour) will be a phenomenal homecoming show in New Jersey. Two weeks later, Springsteen and The E Street Band will say hola to Spanish fans as the European leg of the international tour kicks off in Barcelona.
Interestingly, the new UK dates are sprinkled within the existing mainland Europe dates. The Edinburgh show is bookended by shows in the Netherlands, Birmingham falls between dates in Switzerland and Belgium, and the two huge London shows are surrounded by Scandi dates.
Here’s a stat that’s somehow incredible and unsurprising at the same time: 1.2 MILLION tickets have already been sold for Bruce Springsteen’s tour! Many cities have already been graced with a second or third show and we can only hope that the UK is going to be similarly blessed.
