Hands Like Houses are back with another storming single. Dangerous is taken from the band’s forthcoming self-titled EP, due out on October 23, 2020.
The video is a retro pastiche blending cartoon and real-world imagery of fire and explosions.
Singer Trenton Woodley explained: “Something about this song has always been uncomfortable for me – when we started, Dangerous was meant to be playful, confident, even arrogant – but as it came together, it felt like a reflection on frustration and losing control when all your confidence falls apart.”
We’re fans of Australian radio station triple j and Fuel (also known as Fuel 238 in the UK) so we have to give a shout out to Hands Like Houses recent cover of Fuel’s Shimmer for triple j’s Like a Version live session segment. We love to see it!
