In the video for her latest single, Lie To Yourself, she plays her own interrogator. It’s intended to shed light on internal struggles created when becoming too wrapped up in the manufactured reality of branding, social media and societal pressure.
The buzzy power pop rock song has shades of Republica, Paramore and Avril Lavigne, with the attitude and style of Gwen Stefani in the early years of No Doubt.
